This is the perfect mix between the 178-208 and the 188-220. Works great from just off idle to 3500RPM. For best results, use with a 64mm or smaller turbo, small performance injectors. Install with the intake on a 99 centerlline. If over 40 lbs. of boost, you must upgrade valve springs. It is a "drop in" cam if you have no more than .018" piston protrusion and no less than .038" valve face depth on a 24v, and no less than .055" valve face depth on a 12v with a 99 intake centerline.
